Applying always starts with submitting your cv and cover letter. We’ll review these and contact you as soon as possible with any good or bad news, either digital or in person. If we see a match with the desired candidate profile, we’ll discuss the next steps. This could include an initial and sometimes a second interview with the client, or perhaps an assessment. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through the process by explaining in advance what’s coming, the importance of each step, and providing you with tips if needed. Got hired? In some situations we also guide you with the first steps of your new job.
