Headhunting Expertise is a recruitment agency with a network of divers people. People from different backgrounds, with different experiences and most important with different input. We offer recruitment services such as recruitment and selection, screening and workplace integration e.g. when it comes to placing refugees.

For example, if you need an administrative assistant, warehouse staff, or another role, we can agree on a flat fee. This is an amount we both agree on, and allows us to continue offering high-quality services, and allows you to benefit from easy recruitment.

Recruitment fee

You need an employee for a specialist position such as a project manager, security officer or foreman in the chemical industry.

✓ You negotioate with the candidate you want to hire what the annual salary will be and the remaining amount of the percentage is determined based on the outcome.

Monthtly
Absolutely, you can also subscribe to us. Do you want to keep your monthly costs low or spread them out over the year, but still need staff on a regular basis? The we can consider a subscription where you pay a fixed low monthly fee and we create, manage, select, and provide you with staff on a regular basis.
